Changing Colors - Knitwise

Changing yarn can be very easy, but it can result in a hole in your fabric if not done correctly. To avoid this, you must twist your yarn together at the color change.

First

1

Knit the required number of stitches of the first color until you reach your color change.

Next

2

  • Insert the needle in the stitch as if to knit, drop the working yarn and bring up the new yarn over it.
  • Continue working with the new yarn.

Next

3

The front of your knitting should look like this.
